Jennor [UK] Ltd successfully negotiated the refurbishment of the main entrance, common lobbies, common toilets and suites at Thame House in High Wycombe for Stupples Chandler Garvey.
The goal of the scheme was to regenerate the tired commercial building in order to attract new prospective tenants. Jennor [UK] Ltd was involved in the full design from conception to installation, the designs were faithfully translated into a finished product.
The whole package including air-conditioning, ventilation, upgraded electrical small power, mechancial supplies, metal fabrication works, ceilings, flooring, sanitaryware, replacement of failed windows, decoration works and ground works.
The overall package created a clean and refreshed contemporary design, while adhering to set budget requirements. The new refurbishment has already attracted potential new tenants within the first week of completion.
