Following on from the astounding success of our previous (and highly unusual) seventh floor Fit-out for Cushman & Wakefield/arm technologies just a few months earlier, Jennor UK Limited were again instructed to carry out a further (if slightly less extravagant) refurbishment of the first floor.
We were again provided with an outline design from our clients Principal Designers which we meticulously adhered to, to deliver another stunning workspace for this ever-expanding global brand.
This new office not only provides ‘arm’ with a flexible, collaborative and agile facility that aligns closely with the company’s core values, but also strongly references the ‘arm’ teams' personalities, Manchester’s proud heritage and its vibrant modern outlook…
Our extensive fit-out included the following: -
•Standard Plasterboard Partitions.
•Frameless Full Height ‘Ocula’ Tempered Glazed Partitions & Frameless Doors (several of which were ‘Portman Pocket’ Sliders).
•The installation of highly bespoke and unique themed rooms, including loose furniture, built-in & bespoke storage cabinets.
•New standard LED lighting and a number of bespoke and shaped Free-Hanging Acoustic Ceiling Baffles to the main Meeting rooms.
•Large new Staff Kitchen with inverted Work-Top Counters including ‘hidden’ White Goods and Instant Heat Tap Dispensers’.
•The supply and installation of many standard banks of staff desks and chairs within the main office area
•A full new M. & E. installation.
•Several new & private meeting Pod’s, all fitted with internal self-sufficient ‘Tech’
•The Installation of a large Staff Breakout room with perimeter soft seating and a ‘Media Centre’ built within a large & bespoke Storage Wall.
•The supply and installation of of Blackout Blinds and Curtains.
•Large and varied selection of flooring inc. Ceramic Tiled, Vinyl, Carpet and Carpet Tiles.
•The installation of several Monitors, Room Booking wall-mounted iPads and a selection of Writable Whiteboards.
•Full standard decoration to the whole floor plate and bespoke Vinyl Wall coverings in the themed Meeting Rooms as directed.
