Our brief  

Another Client relationship we’re recently re-established is our historic partnership with the guys at Rider Levett Bucknall (R.L.B.), with whom we completed this wonderfully transformative office refurbishment in Salford from a dour early eighties set-up into a futuristic environment that will no doubt be the catalyst for forward thinking and maximum staff performance.

Jennor UK were tasked with the following works:-  

Removal of a number of Plasterboard Partitions and dated Glazed Screens to create an open space / blank canvas to reimagine a new Workspace.

Removal of all existing Suspended Ceilings from ground and first floors to allow for the replacement of new to the first floor and a Matt Black exposed services design to the ground.

Demolition of existing structural solid Lobby wall to open up the Reception area, including all the relevant Steel to span the new void.

Full new M. + E. Package.

The complete strip-out and renewal of all W.C. suites including, Pans, Wash Basins, IPS Units and Hand Dyers.

Installation of a new Shower room facility.

Installation of specialist Glazed first floor Meeting/Boardroom, and a number of smaller Manager Offices to the ground floor of a similar build c/w Company Logo manifestations.

Installation of Large Tea-point area within the ground floor Break-Out area, complete with a selection of grey-tone wall and base units and an integral drainer, microwave and white goods, finished off with a specialist ‘Vivrea’ Tap.

Matching adjacent grey-tone dining table & chairs, tall ‘Chill table’ and accompanying Stools and a selection of soft easy chairs and coffee tables for their staff’s down time.

Bespoke Timber featured Battern Wall within staff Break-Out area.

New floor Coverings throughout.

Supply and placement of a Competition Quality ‘Super League’ Pool Table.

Supply and Installation of new composite external grade entrance Door c/w access System.

Full and Final Decoration throughout the whole of the Ground and & First Floors.

The Result  

This ‘Cat B’ Fit-Out was very much a ‘back to basics’ office refurbishment and one which R.L.B. and ‘C S Outsourcing’ were highly delighted with, so much so, that we’ve since returned to carry out the installation of additional elements of ‘creature comforts’ since for the benefit of their staff. This is a wonderful ‘staff friendly’ place to work as can be gleaned from the case study photographs overleaf.
