Clippers Quay

Project Brief:

Jennor UK were tasked with the following works:-

• Demolition of a section of non-loadbearing blockwork wall between units 5 & 6.
• Supply and install raised access floor on pedestals throughout the demise
• Core drilling through the floor slab to allow our M&E installation to be installed.
• Suspending the AHU in the basement refuse store & structural works in relation to openings of the basement blockwork walls for services to penetrate.
• Installation of large and new and exposed M. + E. Package throughout.
• New exposed A/C System
• The installation of a selection of new LED lighting pans throughout all areas.
• Installation of new W.C. Suite, Including Ladies Gents, and Disabled c/w new Suspended Ceilings and vinyl ceramic stone effect flooring.
• Construction of large open ended Kitchenette for staff use, inc. all wall, base units & white goods.
• Supply and installation of Komfort Polar Single Glazed partitions to office & meeting rooms inc. bespoke manifestations.
• Opaque manifestations installed to the outer office curtain wall screens to match the new internal scheme.
• Installation of bespoke Timber privacy screens to Reception.
• Installation of Solid core veneered timber doors with hardwood lipping throughout.
• Supply and install new carpets to office areas and Meeting Rooms, and new vinyl hardwood effect flooring to the kitchen and reception areas.
• Supply and installation of 3 No. privacy heavy curtains to meeting rooms.
• Supply and installation of all office furniture inc. new bespoke Reception Desk.
• Final Decoration throughout inc. specialist Murals.

The Result

So incredible was this fast track transformation in the highly constrictive timescale we had to work within, we received a letter of commendation from a Senior figure at ‘Grainger Plc.’ themselves, which was a wonderful and warmly received gesture. We revel in exceeding Client expectations and in delivering this incredible new workspace, we feel we’ve done just that!
