Since joining Jennor in 1992, Gail has become an invaluable member of staff. Her wealth of knowledge in many key business disciplines have helped develop a more dynamic corporate Accounts Department. Gail is also the organisations HR Manager, ensuring and implementing best practice throughout the Company at all times, adding not only advanced development and knowledge within this field of business, but ensuring all current employment legislations are adhered to. As acting Finance Director Gail is responsible for the smooth running of company finances as a whole, including interdepartmental monitoring and auditing.

Dawn Pyke – Director

Dawn is responsible for the accurate and steady process of all purchase ledger procedures including the reconciliation of purchase expenditure. Dawn is an invaluable member off staff and has been with the organisation for over 20 years. Dawn plays a crucial and essential role within the Accounts Department and organisation as a whole, while undertaking duties as Director.

Debbie Daley – Accountant

With over 20 years experience in accountancy practice roles. Debbie supports the Financial Director whilst analysing data to support the business decision making. Debbie also manages the financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting and oversees the accounting procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.

Jonathan Stephenson – Senior Project Manager and Health & Safety Officer

Jonathan has 20 years of experience managing a wide variety of projects from initial consultation to successful completion. He oversees building control and planning consultations, health & safety, project co-ordination between the divisions at Jennor so that our clients receive a faultless, turnkey service. Jonathan undertakes Project Management and Estimating as primary duties.

Neil Brown – Project Manager and Contracts Co-ordinator

Neil manages the Decoration Division within Jennor, as well as providing support for our health & safety and contracts teams. He has a proven record of managing a wide range of projects including those for premium clients. Neil undertakes the planning, organisation and financial management of projects from conception through to final completion to ensure they are a commercial success. Neil undertakes Project Management and Estimating as primary duties.

Jason has a wealth of experience within the construction industry. Jason undertakes; competitive tender pricing, detailed estimating, site surveying including design and space planning all as his primary duties.

Michael Houghton – Health and Safety Assistant

Michael assists with the coordination and implementation of health and safety throughout the company. Roles include the production and issuing of Construction Phase Plans, Site Audits, Compliance to CDM 2015, and Monitoring Procedures. Internal policy and legislative adherence and compliance that is continually reviewed and updated as applicable.

Chris Quirk – Project Manager

Chris is responsible for project Management as well as co-ordination, specifically mechanical and electrical. His role includes estimating and the coordination of all M&E elements as delegated. As a qualified electrician, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and support to the team. Chris also undertakes purchasing and the engagement of specialist sub-contractor works.

Kieran has been in the industry for many years, initially gaining a back ground in Mechanical and Electrical Management, further developing his skills in the lighting industry. Kieran has Project Managed a wide variety of contracts within the industry including office, retail and industry, with great success. Kieran's role as Project Manager includes the planning, organisation and financial management of projects from conception through to final completion, ensuring Jennor exceeds client's expectations.

Gavin's role as Project Manager ensures projects are planned, organised and financially controlled to client's requirements. Gavin also acts as estimator for a wide variety of Projects, gaining experience over a number of years.

Marvin has been working within the Construction industry for 34 years and has extensive knowledge and experience in a wide array of sectors.

Craig Potter – Mechanical & Electrical Department Co-ordinator

With 12 years experience within the electrical industry, and supply chain management, Craig’s role is essential to supporting the Contracts Team and Project Managers, while being responsible for the smooth allocation of materials to site locations.
